Yes, completely. There is no advance payment, no registration fee and no obligation to continue. A verified tutor comes to your home, teaches a full session, and you decide afterwards. If you choose not to continue, you owe nothing and we will not keep calling you.
An academic counsellor calls within two hours during our working hours, which are 8 am to 9 pm, all seven days. If you write to us late at night, you will hear from us the next morning. The call is with a real person who will ask about your child's class, board, subjects and schedule.
