Yes. We check identity documents and address proof, keep police-verification records where available, and speak to previous families directly. Someone entering your home every week should be verified properly, and we do that work before we ever send a name to you.
We replace the tutor free of cost, with no questions asked and no paperwork. Your satisfaction decides who teaches your child, not our roster. Most replacements happen within a week, and the new tutor is briefed on exactly where the previous sessions reached so no time is lost.
